Spiffy

Don't let the innocent face fool you...

When I first put the tie on him he didn't notice anything was out of the ordinary...
But then he realized that something was different...

really different...

and he wanted noooo part of it...
The "tie fit" surprisingly only lasted a few seconds and the tie remained intact all the way through church! Now does anyone have good advice as to what I can put on his forehead to keep it from scaring? The marks aren't fading and the ointments that I have been applying don't seem to help. And yes I photoshopped them out of the first picture.

He is so cute Amy!
Maybe try Mederma (at walmart or target in pharmacy) or bio oil (rite aid, walgreens, walmart) Mederma is supposed to be the best but it is spendy (a little goes a long way)
My daughter used Bio oil on her stretch marks and they are gone.

he looked soooo nice at church yesterday! sorry my hubby took so long in class. we wanted to leave quickly like you did. ah well, guess he's right, doesn't happen all that often.
anyhow, on the scar front, my friend swears by emu oil. matter of fact, even did a post on it a while back. seems to be a cure all as well as a scar fighter. natural, so it can't be bad i assume. here's the link (copy & paste to your browser):

That's pretty good photoshopping! I love the nicely brushed Sunday hair and the tie. Very cute. Makes me wish for a boy, just a little. : )

I don't know about scars. I know that sunlight will make them darker when the skin is trying to heal. Mederma is supposed to work, or neosporen.

I just love me a good Branson picture! And these ones are adorable!
I love that he is learning one of the uncomfortable truths of being a man.
The ever dreaded;

NECK TIE!

What a cutie!! He really looks grown up dressed like that!!

Yep, we have an Anderson in our family now too. His parents came up with the name by putting their two first names together...Andrew and Allison. I thought that was clever.

I've heard if you rub in Vitamin E oil it will fade the scars. It's in little caplets that you have to poke a hole in and squeeze it out. I do know though that it might take applying it every day for several months. When Kenley had the stiches on her face they gave me that recommendation.

Too cute! Just love a little guy in a tie. I'm glad he kept it on.

Oh he is just too precious! I heard vitamin e oil works. When Josh had his surgery for his cleft lip forever ago. The DR said that & neosporin ointment & to massage it in & rub the scar so it wouldn't be too big. It seemed to work.
