So for several weeks the clock in our "new room" had stopped. It was driving my nuts so while I was dusting I grabbed a chair and popped in a new battery. I reached over to change the hands of the clock to match the current time while glancing at our other clock. (The angle of my picture isn't great but it really is the same time)
What are the chances that I did not have to move the hands even a smidgen!? Well, there are two times during a 24 hour period that 12:49 occurs, and there are 720 minutes in a 12 hour period so that's pretty crazy stuff. (Do I need to get out more?)

Amy, maybe you should buy a lottery ticket...or maybe just get out more. I'm heading out to petsmart to try to reduce dog anxiety for my girls...wanna come?
I had the lottery ticket thought too!!
oh man, that is crazy. and it doesn't mean you don't get out often enough. it was MEANT TO BE!
It did what to your nuts?!
Oh, and even a broken clock is right twice a day. I've always loved that saying.
Ha ha--I love that you're excited about it. I think it's pretty cool.
Ha! What are the chances?
I think it's funny you called your family room your new room, what has it been 3-4 years?
Funny thing is I find myself saying, I want a family room like Amy's NEW family room.
That is funny!
I love the picture in your top right hand corner of Branson looking at your family picture. That is so cute.
those pictures of them dancing is too funny! I forgot to put the ones on of my kids. Im going to steal your cute idea! :) Your clock thing is funny! How do you have time to think? Your so clever!
I haven't checked blogs for quite a while. As usual, you're kids are adorable and I'm pretty sure I didn't write that well in 2nd grade either. Maybe you should come check my clock! It's ALWAYS behind OR ahead by exactly 1 hour. I can't figure it out...do you have some sort of magic clock powers you'd like to share?
