I Remember...

Playing this again and again...it was soooo hard!
Anderson (While watching this clip) "That is sad."

Carrying this to elementary school...

Driving these around empty pastures...
Sitting on this...My parents kicking us kids out of the room to watch this every Friday night...
Getting this little guy for Christmas and thinking he was soooo high tech...
Learning my letters in Kindergarten with one of these guys every week...
Using my little record player to listen to this...
Singing along with this....
Pretending not to like this but I think I saw every episode....

I tag Alicia, Noelle, Rachel, Brenda and Jan.

What 10 things can you remember?

OH. MY. GOSH. Amy, you have no idea how much I love you right now. We should be best friends. Smurfs was my all time favorite game. We actually have it on video of me playing this when I was five. (I am stealing that video) And Heman? LOVED it. I thought his hair looked like my dads. Holly Hobby. I had a puzzle of hers, folders, etc. Oh man, the good old days. The only thing you're missing is Lisa Frank stuff :)

Too fun Amy. I think Dallas was a classic hide in the closet watch for us LDS watchers. Taboo. Loved Holly Hobbie things though. So cute. You crack me up because you are so creative and fun. I will get right on this trip down memory lane. I have so many though. What to choose? Hmm...

I loved that darn smurf game. And those letter people, totally brings me back to room 5 at Ruth Livingston...Mrs. Easton had plastic blow up characters for each letter. The tv show Dallas reminds me of Grandma and Grandpa Mathews, they always watched that. Wow, Amy thanks for the trip down memory lane.

This is too funny. I especially liked the reference to DALLAS. I used to kick my parents out of the room so I could watch it. I can't believe that I was allowed to watch that. I was probably like 9!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Sin, corruption, lies, deceit, passion, etc.. I was then a huge Knot's Landing fan when Gary Ewing left Dallas.

I actually had a nice, form fitting, (I was pretty slender back then) blue shirt, with a big gun sitting beside a cowboy hat, with a caption saying "I shot JR" I loved that shirt. The only problem though was that the show kinda started going downhill after that season.
