Leaving Vancouver (Saturday)

Our last morning was the only cloudy day and John and the kids checked out the kayaks and took them out in the bay for two hours.

I havn't figured out how to make the goose in this picture stand out. Any ideas?

Very cute pictures. Looks really fun Amy. I have no clue on the bird. I just think it is so neat that it got that close to your son.

You might try making everything else color and do just the goose in black and white. Or maybe the goose and the kayak. I have really enjoyed these vacation posts Amy!

I just looked at the picture again and realized it is all in color. Can you color the water? Maybe if all the scenery was colored artificially and eveything else was black and white that darn goose would show up better.

Amy, I just love your sidebar of all the kids and how each one has a different color. Adorable.

How fun. What a great vacation, you guys did so many fun things. The only way I'd know to make the goose stand up is to throw something at him & then he'll fly straight up!!!! hee hee I crack my self up....

try selecting the goose with your magnetic lasso and play around with contrast, etc.
